this seat was suppose to fit i thought Ive got a 98 honda civic DX coupe.. A buddy brought it out to the auto-X today, so i could purchase it. when i tried to install it i put the left front bolt in place and the right side bolt hole oin the bakc would not align.. Tim said it would fit any DC2

Now i have to find a seat,, because the washboard seat we have now sucks ***

can anyone suggest a place to buy a seat that i could use for solo I and some DE's. Does it have to be FIA approved?? and i dont need to spend more than 450.00.

It will fit any DC2...well your car is not a dc2..DC2's are integras..and you can still buy the seat, just get a new bracket...

 

ya, dc2 are tegs. just switch the rails or sell me the seat

 

Is it a JDM drivers side seat your trying to install on a USDM drivers side?

I probably wouldnt buy anything from Tim anymore.

FIA approval has nothing to do with the US, its a European homologation

 

IM sorry to say u have a EK man not a dc2(integra)
so there fore it wouldnt fit your car.
YOU can either youse your stock bracket from your seat now on the typeR or u can bolt type R down all u need is atleast 2. my friend has them in his hatch. fits nice...
