Your car wt. is like 2150? Wt. is VERY importand. I would suggest getting pistons (CTR) and cams (ITR or CTR if you can get them similarly priced) before installing and consider like http://www.portflow.com for head work, upgrade of valvetrain to ITR specs - Tom is GREAT as you will see if you go that way. You also should get like Clutchmasters Stage 4 for that as you will need it. If you can get somone to check the tranny that would not be bad either since the synchros can be kind of sh---, and you will find the shifts "gritching" or worse....Might want to get a DC header 4:1 or 4:2:1 while you are there but that not as important as internal work.

I think if you do that and go with a Mugen clone like Locash or whoever (www.locashracing.com) or else more expensive VTEC controller. These parts all work together, and will geve substantial power gains - optimized and dialed in with cam gears has seen people go 175 whp with these.

That will easily translate into low 13's if you drive it like you stole it (ie 7-8k rpm launches, 9k shifts, etc.). 12's may be possible if you get wt. down to 2000 as it HAS been done as opposed to what some of the doubting clowns like say on here.

Don't expect to have great torque, and you real power will be above 6k which means revving the tar out of that thing (once it is broken in!)....

Oh yea, mineral (reg) oil to break it in then synthetic. Redline tranny fluid but DO NOT GET THE MTF, instead get the shock proof ultralite plus LSD additive if you run an LSD in that mug....

more realistically.. if you leave it as is.. high 14's. How much are you willing to spend on it? if basic bolt ons are all your willing to do.. then dont expect to get more then 150HP without internal work. I/H/E will give you probably 10-15 HP on top of what your car dynos stock. I'd say high to mid 14's .... a little lower 14's if you have the bolt ons and traction racing under the right conditions.
