I don't know anything about this redneck, brainless "sport", but don't they only have 4 gears, and stay in 4th the entire race?

What other auto racing in the entire ******* world only uses 1 gear.

 

No actually there not all the same mayber because they look similar there not all the same. Biggest differences is what car there running being Ford, Dodge and so on each one is not exactly equal. Also the engines are from different manufactures and not even the same motors are exactly the same. Like in all racing there some sort of guidelines to go by. Look at CART you can probably just glance at them and say the exact samething there all the same. The only reason people don't say that about F1 is because the cars fronts look alot different from the other cars. Also I'm not even sure what people are pissed at..hell they already had Nascar in there to begin with arca and hooter type races..there all races going toward Bush and Winston cup series. Also look at it this way..notice today..no nascar what did they put in place of it..1hr or so of infommericals. Thats what it was like before Nascar was put in that slots. Sometimes they replay some car show and sometimes a race of some sort but it was normally infomericals. The Former President of the Company that owned both OLN and SV said open slots don't make money during 5-6pm. Also alot people keep yacking about I can't see the rallies or touring cars..well they come on around 8-9pm CST normally. The FIA WRC next rally showing coming on Mon 9pm. And whats worse I've seen the SCCA prorally races like two times a day last week..and someone tells me they only see Nascar. I mean for pet's sake it's only on 1hr from 5-6pm. Then they replay them late night normally separated..so max Nascar you get 2hrs of it and most it's just talking about previous races or upcoming ones. The tech show I found pretty interesting since just some of the points they make there are very vaild ones one setups and such. Hell most this stuff carries over to any openwheel race car they drives on the oval.
Also case and point if they where going to make it Nascar all the time you think they would have waited this long they could have done it already and bought all contracts out for other series but they didn't. Also notice there bring CART on board next yr also plan to bring back F1 and WRC races. That doesn't sound all Nascar to me..sounds like people are scared of another series of racing..which they show predijuice toward when they don't know much of anything about it. Also if the series wasn't all that great why is there new formed Ascar in Europe doing there own verison of winston cup on there ovals and road courses.

 

I'll tell you this much, and theres no argument against it....

Last week around 1 or 2am I couldn't sleep. I started flipping channels, and speed vision had laborgini racing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

I saw that race it was replay it was showed around 8:30pm CST. Most the good stuff is on around 8-10pm CST this is when you see most of the races. Before they time you see shows like classic car and autoweek which normally comes on the around 7pm. For the most part SV is on all the time here except for when certain sporting event are on.

 

LOL WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT !!!!! I MEAN WTF is up with there programers!!!! sometimes i turn it on and people are just yaking on there not doing nothing. LOL my best was something NASCAR tech tips when someone wrote in what's the difference between your Engine Cooling system and Air Condition and aren't they the same thing?????????? I was like WTF!!!!!!!! How stupid could we be people then realiazed its a hillbilly sport but i thought they atleast knew how to work on cars.

 

Actually you be surprised how many people don't know the difference between AC and engine cooling sys. I remember that same question being asked once when the Le Mans race was running..so it's not just nascar. Also "HillBilly: refers to one that lives in the mtns. or hills and virtually has no need for much money because they live off the fat of the land. From what I can see these so call "HillyBilly's" here own muti million dallor cars. I know one Nascar driver that probably lives around 20-25mins away and they spend way over million dallors every yr just to get pole and run and half the time they don't even crack the the top 20 sometimes.
