Stuff that I'm sick of seeing
Yunno, I've been a member of this board for a little short of a spell now, and something has been bothering me and I wonder if it's bothering anyone else:
THIEVES are running around here stealing so many cars and parts, it's not even funny. It seems like EVERY WEEK I'm seeing someone else that got their car stolen, and they're wondering why their car got stolen. And then I see it: their signature, which has every mod they've made to their car, links to their website, and their profile has their city and state in there. The only thing you're not giving them is your freaking address! A little bit ago, there was a post where some guy was asking people about what they thought of his setup, and then he proceeds to list everything he has. HEL-LO, McFly! And then next week he'll be wondering why his car got stolen. A little common sense goes a LONG way. You have to remember, thieves has the same access to the same forums as we do. They have access to the same technology as we do. C'mon folks, don't make it easier for them to commit crime! If anyone ask me what I have, hey, it's stock.
Use the damn SEARCH feature, that's what it's there for!
Any others?

i think a little common sense and caution will go a long way to protect yourself..this is a tech forum where ideas and opinions are shared for the benefit of ones self and perhaps others, so if not one way, there will always be other ways for thieves to get what they want. some issues are created to generate positive discussion and parts disclosure is inevitable. just be mindful of what you're doing online and everything else in life, otherwise you'll just walk around being paranoid and not learn or gain any new knowledge and experience.
Type R's get stolen regardless of whether the owner participates in forums, modded the car, or exposes the car as little as possible.
Reason my R was stolen- the thief just happened to pass by it while driving, followed me, noted my address, and returned later. Fuggers.

this is bold. ON my car at a shops parking lot someone stole the following.
-radiator
-intake manifold
-fuel injectors
-headers
-throttle body
-ashtray ?
-hatch cover
-they also thaught it would be a good idea to cut all my wiring harnesses in my engine bay with stuff on them
-dents on door, broken window
Yes theves suck. But looking at the good in a bad thing sometimes (like this time, i got new parts out of it.) but not worth the headache! People need to have some more respect for people stuff. OH and another thing if you are gonna steal the **** outta my car, PLEASE dont leave dents in the door, and cut my engine bay wires. God. no respect!
