Does anyone have cluster light & Dash light problem?

Help!!! Does anyone have cluster light & Dash light problem?
i dunno why my 01 ITR 's gauge cluster isn't working when i turn on my head light it's all dark while i am driving at night 
also the dash light isn't on too
wut will this problem be ?
will Acura cover this?

have you tried the dimmer on the right side of the steering column.??? thats all i could think of/......

i didn't check the fuse cuz i am not very sure the fuse stuff u know
but i told my friend he check it for me he say should be no problem tho
