The flash is designed for use with a CAI. When you add a race header into the equation you will run a little leaner, but nothing dangerous.

Well what is happening in your case is that you are burning your 02 sensor up by using the race header. If you have not purchased casper's 02 sensor for the car then you will have problems with it until you get a 02 sim sensor. With the race header your ecu reads the extra amount of fuel being used and thinks it is running rich so to counteract this it starts to make the car run a little leaner to balance it out. In this case you are running lean due to hondata and with the race header you are just adding to the cause. Look into getting a 02 sim sensor for your car and this will greatly help you.
Good luck.

So after you installed the casper o2 sensor(only one that works) you still pulled the code? If so make sure teh o2 sim is working and properly connected. If not maybe hondata is contributing to the problem. I have heard on clubrsx that when running both race header and hondata it runs extremly lean. You may want to contact doug at hondata and tell him your situation.

Would one of the Apex-I AFC help the lean problem? I'm going to be getting the hondata flash sometime in the near future, after I get the Type R cams. Car is my daily driver so I would like it to run as efficiently and safely as I can. Would an AFC be something I should look into buying?
