YO PLEASE HELP IDLE PROBLEM

I HAVE SEARCHED AND CAN'T FIND **** SWAPPED A EX MANIFOLD AND THROTTLE BODY ONTO A 99 DX HATCH AND HAVE THE INFAMOUS IDLE PROB

THEN YOU HAVE A VACUUM LEAK. TURN YOUR CAPS OFF.

What year Ex manifold did you use?

did you reset the ecu and let it adjust to the changes before you hit the throttle?

What year manifold did you use and what Intake manifold gasket did you use. I believe the EX one is the you have to use. Thats assuming that you did change the gasket.

AFTER WE FIX HIS PROBLEM CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO TURN OFF MY CAPS?
