Default 5 wire to 4 wire o2 sensor help

hi, i was wondering if anyone knew where a good digram or explanation is on how to to turn my 5 wire o2 sensor to a 4 wire. any help is greatly appreciated!

I guess I should explain a little better..

I bought the car and it has a SI swap with a p28 ecu but the VX harness. I want to change the 5 wire to a 4 wire so the cel will shut off and the ECU will run correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks so far guys. If one of those u send works for what I am doing please let me know. Thank u
