Default acrylic paint removal

I just recently got the car and I m aware that the cluster bezel and gauge were painted white(acrylic not dry enamel)
its really annoying and I want to take it off and one thing I think the previous owner spilled the same paint on exterior body on the passenger side since its acrylic its hard to take it off.

how can I take those off. on my exterior my paint is burgundy and its spilled with white paint. on my cluster and bezel its been painted over with white but I don't want to repaint it with black I want to remove it. Im trying to keep it clean

Sand it off. You'd be better off repainting it or replacing it.
