will spraypainting affect future professional painting???
being that i can't find any pictures of white sedans with painted mouldings i figured i would just go ahead and quickly spray paint my mouldings white before i take my car into to get professionally painted just i can get to see whether i want them to do that for me or not...
anyway this wont affect future painting being that they are going to strip off all the paint anyway??
i'm just asking cause i know spraypoint is harsh as hell and can often seep through paint later....although its just mouldings so i can always repaint.

It will affect the way the new paint will stick, if it is not stripped off.....a good body shop will strip it off though.

it will affect, the paint sinks into plastics, then it will crack out when they repaint it. They will have to sand it down into in the plastic to prevent this. Just wait and get ur car painted by them.
