Hello,

I may be buying a 2000 CTR EK9 transmission to put in a B20z/B16 head swap.


1. Is this the best tranny to go with this setup?

2. Will it go straight on to the B20?

After searching the archives and not finding an answer I figured I'd go to the forum. Thanks in advance for the help.


It seems getting the LSD is a good thing.

So now I do some more research and find this guy here:

It has damn good gearing for a stock tranny, only thing better would be the ITR tranny as the gearing is only slightly more aggressive (I believe, not sure as every chart I see seems to be different), but you definately can't go wrong with it.
