LOL...pretty much any honda i have owned has done this, i am just used to it. I don't feel like ripping my whole dash apart to fix that stupid thing. I am pretty sure it is caused by shifting hard and the dash bouncing around. Good luck

I occasionally shift hard and no problems here, maybe I'm not noticing it...

It doesn't usually do it when i shift hard, i think shifting hard has just loosened a connector somewhere. Its the only explanation a can come up with

just take out your radio and there are two harnesses behind the climate control its probably just one of those

I've had the whole climate control out (when I changed the bulbs to amber ones). I've tried changing bulbs and nothing works. I honestly don't know why it does this or how to fix it.

Yep, both of my haches did (and still do) it. The left side dosen't light up...until I give it a quick punch right below the middle vent, then its fine. Its something stupid, so I didn't really "investigate" it.

haha i was just wondering how to go about fixing this last night

my right side of my climate control turns off and on periodically

it seems to me that there is a loose connector internally

my lights don't always come on but i have a problem with them staying on even after the car is off and staying that way, eventually it drains the battery. anyone have any ideas?

i just smack the hell out of it until it comes back on. mine is just the bulb on the right side by the AC button (which works but i need to find a plate cuz i dont gots the cold air anymore.) lets me get some aggression out.

I have this happen with my cluster...the light on top of the MPH will sometimes go out when I turn the lights on. I tried banging the dash and cluster...but it didn't do anything...it will just come on by itself while I'm driving. It will just do it out of nowhere.

my lights went out right after I had replaced my bulbs...the problem was the climate control bulbs not being all the way in their sockets...the cure...open up the climate control and replace them

mine has been doing it for years! I tried to fix it but after a few days the problem re-uccurs. You have to pull out ur radio to get to the tiny screw to remove the panel. Damn that was not so easy!
