Default Thermostat question

At what mileage should I replace my thermostat? My original thermostat has 119k.

I changed my radiator fluid and the needle at the gauge is pointing below half-way when engine is hot. It is slightly lower than before after the radiator flush was done.

thats where mine sits, generally a flush or added fluid will do that--you are freshining up the coolant system
