Default having mad issues

so i bought a motor awile back, a jdmb18c.. i had a friend check the compression and look at the head.. every thing looked good to him.. he suggested to do the basics as far as changing out the seals, oil change, new timing belt ect.
i was running the jdmc ecu for the time being..
so since i have had the motor i put in a ctr intake cam a skunk2 intake manifold and str cam gears with an str fuel rail, i also upraded the fuel pump and put in a new fuel filter..ohyeah i put in a koyo radiator and a msd ignition..and i changed the ecu to a chipped p28 with an itr setting...
i went ahead and changed out the o2 and the starter.. the motor has no vacum leaks what so ever..
anyhow everytime i put gas into the car i put 93 octane, after i put the gas in i get in my car and try to start it, it wont start...do i need new injectors do i need a new altenator... I DONT KNOW..
its come to a point where i am really frustrated and want to get rid of the car...
is there a relay or a fuse that i may want to check out to see if that needs to be replaced?? CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME SOME GOOD INFO!!
the car also is lagging that may because i havent put an exhaust.. but that shouldnt have anything to do with the fueling.. atleast i think..
if this helps i have a 94 integra gsr and the motor that i bought has between 30 and 40,000 miles on it

any info will help thank you!

Do you have spark, does the engine crank, and is the timing belt lined up properly in regards to the cam gears and crank shaft?
