Ls vtec chokes and lean when press gas
hi guys, Working on this for a while, my car start to breaking after 6k and progressively went to the point that if you press the gas it chokes and the wideband goes completely to lean, sometimes die or start reving slowly sounding like two step.
Things I do so far.
New distributor
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New Main relay
ECT
IAT
New TPS
MAP
IACV
ECU
Check the time several occasions
lash valves
plugs
I have another b16 civic and all the sensors was changed and works fine in the stock car.

Cam Timing Photos:

The crank is TDC, I not have cover but I remove the damper and the oil pump arrow is straight with the belt sprocket.

I'm running open loop.
Already test a stock FPR, apart from raise the FP and extremely rich the idle the engine act the same.
Also I removed the Harness, check for open wires and test continuity. Tough I'm not and expert in electrics, I think I did it right.
My partner at the shop come to my house and see the time on spot, with the crank pulley removed and the arrows pointing each other and a long extension on Num.1 Cylinder and the cams on spot (the photos) and the distributor rotor pointing num.1. Put it back together and start it. He still sure is timing issue.

They are Fidanza, maybe not the best but no are no name.
We isolated the problem to a electrical issue.
