1. Please do a search on your question BEFORE you post a topic.

Please try searching numerous key words under "recent" and "archived" topics in this forum and in the Hybrid Forum, or any other forum that applies to your topic at hand.

This forum is being ruined by too many of the same tired "B16A vs. B18C1?" topics and "Should I boost my SOHC or Get a Swap?" type topics. We understand that you want guidance, but rather than post an open topic, why not o some searching and find members here that have had successful builds/swaps and carry on an IM conversation with him or her?

We do care about what you want to do, but when we have literally 10 open topics about the exact same thing it gets highly annoying. This MB is here for ALL of us, not just one person who thinks we should all cater to him or her by posting in his or her topic while he or she NEVER performs searches and doesn't even browse the topics in the first few pages of the forum.

Here ya go buddy

Keep your stock engine wiring harness from your 93 Civic.

Nearly everything will simply plug into the Integra engine.

There will be a few minor differences which are easily remedied.

One will be the plugs on the distributor. KEEP the Integra dizzy since it's newer, and simply move two wires from the one plug into the OBD1 Civic engine harness's extra dizzy plug as shown below:

The next thing will be the injectors. Keep your stock 1993 Civic units and they plug right in.

Next you'll prbably need to extend the two Intajke Air Temp wires and run an AEM intake for a 99-00 Civic Si so it will have the bunge for the IAT sensor. OBD1 engines had the sensor in the intake manifold itself on the second or first runner, but OBD2 engines had the IAT in the stock intake tubing:

Last thing will be the alternator plug. The Integra will have the wrong style plug on it, but no worries. Simply take the stock Civic SOHC alternaot apart by removing the 8mm and 10mm nuts holding the tin shield on and remove the voltage regulator. the voltage regulator is help in by some phillips screws I think (been a while since swapping this stuff) and it is the part where the engine harness actually plugs into the alternator.

Swap your stock Civic regulator into the Integra alternator and then the Teggy unit will plug right in - very simple and easier and cheaper than hunting down an OBD1 B-series unit.

One other option (more expensive, but easier) would be to find an OBD2 Integra engine harness. This will make the swap 100% plug and play like my 1998 ITR swap was into my 1992 Cx hatch:

This will also allow you to keep the newer OBD2 injectors. This also eliminates the need to do any dizzy or alternator wiring changes.

BTW if the pics don't show it's because We-Todd is probably down/slow/sucking/etc.

The pics are very good at getting my point across.

always coming up with pure facts, at least the Mod is willing to help you man. There's nothing left for me to say, other than is your motor USDM or JDM?? If its JDM there will be a few plugs that will not plug into the chassis harness.

I did basically that same swap in my 92 cx. Very easy. YOu will need the B series mounts. I also used a 95 EX wiring harness because it had a 4 wire o2 Sensor. and my CX harness had a 1 wire. I wanted the ex harness also because it is already all wired up for v-tec. just incase i wasnt to do a v-tec head. But other then that, it will go in perfect. It has some good pep to it also. Good luck.

His DX harness also has the 4 wires for the o2 sensor, and he doesn't need VTEC wires either.

thats funny you ask. I went to the street races last weekend, and i raced 2 black SI coupes at the same time. I burnt them both. The only thing that is bad about my set up is that i have a 92 ecu so the rev limiter is at 7 Grand. I need like a 94 ECu to bump that up to 7400. But you will love it. Im ready for the v-tec head.

Let's not stray too far off topic please, but let me rebutt.

I am not "talking crap" about We-Todd. I simply stated that if the pics don't show it's because We-Todd is down and/or sucking. I did not say We-Todd sucks or anything. If H-T was down it would suck at the moment too.

But if I must be banned then so be it!
