what? what car do you have?
what motor is currently in there?

Since you already have an LS, I can assume you have a mount kit. So this is already taken care of. Basically, the B16A swpas into your car in much the same way as the LS. The only differences are going to be the driver's side and rear transmission bracket if the B16A is newer than a 1G (which it is if you have a P2T OBDII ECU). You will want to use the driver side and rear transmission brackets from your LS swap. As for the transmission, you have a few options. Your LS transmision will work in the sense that you can drive the car. But the ratios are not going to work real well with a B16A. A B16A transmission is a better bet. You can use either a cable transmission. Or, if you have a Place Racing or Hasport kit, you can get their hydraulic conversion to use a hydraulic B16A transmission (which you may or may not have with your B16A).
The ECU is another matter altogether. The P2T ECU is an OBDII ECU and will therefore not be easy to use in a CRX. Not that it is impossible. But you would be better off using a PR3, PW0, P30, or reprogrammed P28 ECU. Of these, the P28 and P30 would be better since they will not require purchase of a different distributer from the one you already have on your B16A. Also, 1G distributers have a MUCH higher failure rate than OBDII distributers AND are hard to find. For this reason, the P28 or P30 would be better ways to go. But they require either some rewiring or an adaptor harness.

They're slower. Take it from someone who has had both swaps in two different cars at the same time.
