Well, i lost the ARP box w. the moly in it and the torque specs for my ARP studs. My setup is a b16 head and b18a block. I need a lil help, any particular assy lube you guys like to use on the studs?? Just anything w/ moly? I'm not sure, i know it also gives you specs for using reg motor oil, think i should still go with moly lube?

Also, can anyone give me the specs for the studs?? I would like the specs from the arp manual, if i could get the specs w/ the lube and w/ the 5w30 that would be great, thanks alot.

What specs do you want? I just put in arp studs last weekend... I think any engine assembly lube would work fine for you, u know.. the stuff you use when u buid motors and what not. go to local parts store, should have some. Use your stock torqe specs.
