97lx car
94 f22b2 motor
97 engine harness all sensors plugged in except CKF
97 dizzy

car will NOT get spark from the coil. ive tried the 97 ecu and 94 ecu with conversion harness. ive tried two different coils, two icm's, checked all wiring and grounds over and over. im almost certain the car should start and idle without the ckf right? neeed help!!!

any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated. thanks

have u checked the connectors to see if they are ground, getting voltage, and their resistance? also check the resistance on the coil. and the coil wire. it can be a bad ignitor, bad connection. or wore come to worse bad ecu. maybe even a crack in the wiring.

or check the distributor. if it is oxidized badly the rotor wont make contact with the distributor. which may be causing no spark.

not to offend you but you are checking to see if spark comes correctly right? plug in the ignitor and coil wire into the distributor pull the efi fuse so no gas goes into the chamber and pull out the spark plug and keep it like 8cm from the block or on a ground. and try cranking it, but crank it for liek a good 2-3 seconds to see if u get any spark. it could even be your spark plugs.
