Default might sound stupid, but?

Do I need to install the dowel pins into the block if using ARP head studs?

Like I said it might sound dumb but I gotta ask!

If your're worried about it, then I'd say "what do YOU think?"

I would, but I guess you don't really HAVE TO, but it's nice to know that the head is going on STRAIGHT! I wouldn't consider it an "optional" accessory if it were ME doing the work! Call it a security blanket, or call it assurance that you have one less thing to worry about...

the dowel pins help you line up the head correctly... I would put in just to be on the safe side.

Thanks guys. Thats the 5th order from honda this week now. Ikeep finding little **** I need to finish this motor!
