Have you ever heard of a ZC1, ZC2, or ZC3?

Have you ever heard of a ZC1, ZC2, or ZC3?
Some kid at my work insists he knows so much about Hondas. He claims there are engines called the ZC1, ZC2, and ZC3 and I told him he is full of ****. He said 1 and 2 was basically the same, and than 3 was DOHC VTEC. And once again I told him he doesn't know ****.
In a way I can see maybe 1-3 is the generation such as the 1st gen ZC was a dual carb DOHC. Did it come in any other form? Than the 2nd was the SOHC, SOHC VTEC, and DOHC that are most common swaps for most of us. But 1st and 2nd gens are not really the same. I know there was a very rare OBDI DOHC which maybe could be a "ZC3" and I guess the SOHC VTEC from the 5th gen JDM Civics. But I've never heard anyone except him use those terms. He said any good Honda swapper will know what he is talking about.
Oh he also said the ZC was the first VTEC engine. Wasn't that the B16?

ZC;s are JDM motors
theres no Number denominations after the engine code
same with B16A's, etc....
the ZC brown top, black top and SOHC they all have the same code... ZC

I just bought a ZC. When in the warehouse here, they said they had 2 generations of ZC's. 1st gen is from like 88-91 models and 2nd gen are from '92 and up. It said "ZC" on the blocks. The differences they showed me were the dist. plugs, etc. FYI these were DOHC ZC's

i think there are more than 3 ZC's. however they are not labeled "ZC1, ZC2," and so on. there is the DOHC carborated the DOHC injected the SOHC injected and a grey plug OBD1 from the DC integra.

Oh I told him straight up today he was a dumbass who didn't know what the **** he was talking about. He got pissed and walked away. Some guys at work are going to test his knowledge of automobiles my screwing with his car and see if he even has an idea what they did. My hands will not be in that as it's not my style but I will probably get a laugh out of what they do.

Some ppl need to be screwed with like that to put them in their place. Sh*t talkers and "know-it-alls" plain SUCK!!
