HEY GUYS, I HAVE A 98ITR WITH A GSR ECU I BELIEVE, THE VTEC HIT AT 4500 AND RED LINE AT 8000. I JUST BOUGHT A JDM ITR ECU VTEC HIT AT 6000 AND REDLINES AT 8600. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ITS THE REAL JDM ECU, AND WHAT YEAR IT IS.
THE CODE IS 37820-P73-003 THANX......

P73 has the immobolizer .

 

The JDM ecu has a 125mph speed limiter. My '99 JDM R ECU has P73 and doesn't have the immobilizer. '00 and up do.

My US R ECU # is: 37820-P73-AO3, maybe you have a USDM R ECU.

 

yes that should be a jdm type r ecu. doesnt mean someone didnt switch the insides haha
