Default front end damged, what needs to be fixed to renew insurance policy? help

(upper left corner pic is before the accident and the rest of them is the damages)
theres no frame damage done to the car, everything still works but just looks wise, front end damage. i'm sure its salvage, so when it comes time to renew the policy for insurance, they;ll probly send someone over to check out the car since its salvage. do you guys know what they would want corrected so i can renew the policy. i made the head lights shoot straight, replaced the corner light as well as bumper lens. i plan on leaving the damage there and not changing the bumper. but let me know what they'll be looking for or for me to fix. thanks guys

Check your frame. Lol your accident looks exactly like mine and my frame is TOAST!

An easy way to check is measure your struts, check your doorjambs, and check all the seams. If they're off, threre's great odds your frame is bent.

Frames are fixable, but with a car as cheap as ours, unless you've very crafty it's almost better to just get a new one.

I wouldnt mess with it. if the front radiator support was damaged. unless you like spending the same amount of money to get it fixed, as you would if you bought another car like it.trust me the parts are cheap but labor is a b***** try 1500 at least since the front radiator support has be be cut out and rewelded.this what local honda body shop tolded me.

but your car looks like it wasnt hurt that bad.So i hope you get fixed and back out on the road.gooood luck!

Come on guys, his rex looks to be in good shape as far as the rest of the body goes. I got into a way worse accident than that with frame damage and I got everything fixed for 1100 bucks. At least get a quote on the damage, find out how much it's gonna cost and go from there. That's what you have to do.

Some body shops will even fix the frame and leave it at that if you like. At this point I'd recommend getting a new usdm front end yourself, or even go the JDM route depending on how much it costs.

i was looking here

http://www.partstrain.com/cgi-...=CRX#

and the pic they showed for the "radiator support" was way more than i thought it was. is there a way to change this piece out by itself? my headlights are messed up frombeing pushed in slightly and I need to get them back out about .5"

myabe it owuld be easier to just fix the one i have.

the front radiator is okay, wasnt touched, but that peice of metal behind the bumper is sideways now. i was planning to leave it looking that way for a maybe sleeper look. ... but if i leave it that way, and i make the headlights beam shoot straight, will i be able to still renew my policy with AAA?

Thats a blanket question that none of us can answer, unless we work for your underwriting company. Which insurance company do you use, and what type of insurance will you be getting? Have you called them and tried to find out information, or taken your car by one of the local policy writers to see what they say? This would probably work much better than asking people here that dont know about the situation.

ceas..
