jdm p13 questions...
im planning on buying a jdm p13 for my usdm 96 vtec sometime soon and i was wondering about a few things...
1. is there a way without chipping to remove the speed limiter? what are my options?
2. other than the harness and ecu itself is there anything else i must remove/modify?
3. what are the differences between the 2 ecus? other than the whole obd1 thing...
thanks guys!

The speed limiter can only be lifted my chipping the ecu or having it reprogramed. If you want to spend the extra money, send it to Hondata. As for the rest, all you will need is an OBD2/OBD1 conversion harness. As for differences. Not 100% sure. The speed limiter is one. And i believe the fuel ratios and everything are a bit different. I do not know about usdm ecu's, but my vtec engages at 5200 with my p13.
