Default Bolting on DC JDM 4-1 header onto stock exhaust.

For this to work what kind of high flow cat/testpipe would I need to get???? 2.5 on one end and 2.25 on the other????

Something like that. The length will also be different than a stock USDM version.
Contact someone like Dave at SMSP. He does a lot of these.

Like zyg said, talk to Dave @SMS, or a local muffler shop could probobly fab something up for ya.

Also, make sure you have a 2.5" donut gasket to fit around the JDM DC. I had a hell of a time finding mine.

Just go to Honda and order an S2k donut gasket, its 2.5".

curious... does the S2K have a 2.5" gasket that goes between the cat and catback? i need a new gasket for my 2.5" cat and catback... i'm hoping the s2k will work (if they even use a gasket there)?

yes the s2k has a 2.5 donut gasket. But it'll be expensive. SMS Dave has those for a lot cheaper.

it's called the donut gasket? i thought the donut gasket goes in between the header and cat? i'm looking for a 2.5" in between the cat and catback
