Default another idle problem(JDM B18C-R)...I gave up...

My idle bounces(surges) constantly from 1000-1500rpm ONLY when I hold down my brakes or when turning on my headlights. This began to happen when I swapped in my B18C-R into my DA. The motor runs perfectly. Heres a list of things Ive tried..
1) switch to a brand new IACV
2) switch to another throttle body w/ sensors and new gasket(even adjusted the TPS senor)
4) New Hondata intake man. gasket.
3) cannot be my alternator since it is new and worked perfectly on my previous motor. (Checked the voltage and the battery)
4) changed the PCV valve
5) checked all hoses for leaks - none
6) swapped to another distributor
7) new spark plug wires
8) checked all my ground wires
9) adjusted my FPR

By the way, I am using a P28 ECU with Erick's racing chip. I tried using a different program(JUN) and it still has the idle problem.
My voltage readings are in specs. Any suggestions??? Is this a electrical problem??? Any other sensors that I should look at???

How's your coolant level? Did you try bleeding out the system?

I have the same problem as you... I just blame it on the P28. I don't have these problems with my stock ECU... 2 seperate p28's have yeilded similar results...
First it was the Kenji ECU
Now P28 with Hondata S200

If you are burning off coolant, could be the head gasket. although it would do that at all times, not only when you push in on the brakes. You should check for vacuum leaks where the brake master cylinder bolts up to the brake booster as well if you havent already checked. I had a problem with that on my own car and it took me forever to find it.

evap purge is for your evaporative emissions.

i think the plugs and filter did the most good
