Default Rear Sway Bars!

Alright well as most of you guys know, the dx rear LCAs and other models don't have holes to place sway bars, but if you buy aftermarket ones, i heard they use clamps? but not sure, i just replaced my LCA with eg ones but i'm guessing they came from a dx also and they didn't come with holes. but if this is all false i'm guessing you would have to replace the whole LCA with an SI one or another one that has holes?

i've always wondered,

for those cars that came without the hole in the lca, can't you just drill a hole for the endlink? it seems like it would work fine.

I think drilling the a hole is a no no. better off buying an aftermarket swar bar that uses a bracket at the end of the LCA. I have a ST rear bar and it has a bracket that uses the bolt for the lower shock. Plus it brings the load out to the end instead of the middle like the stock placement

I guess i lucked out because my 91 dx hatch had the holes and they were threaded, i just had to buy the brackets from honda.
