A progressive springrate is going to give you a "better ride" because it's softer to begin with. A coilover springs has non-progressive springs and won't be as easy on you or your car.

Go with the springs, i have coilovers and I wish i could have tien springs. Definately go with the springs because coilovers give you no ride, you will feel every bump.

Not true. Anything which has a main/tender setup is progressive.
