Goin From Power windows to Manual
Hey guys I noticed that my driver side power window is starting to struggle and have a feelin it is on its last legs.
I am curious as to what is needed to go from a power window to a manual window setup???
I really like the idea of gettin rid of the two window motors (weight) and just the problem associated witht them.
Thank you

advance auto or autozone. you can usually but just the motor itself from both places. If a lexus ls400 power window motor is only $90, then a honda civic motor cant cost all that much....

now go price all the parts you'll need for manual window conversion including actually being able to find a set of door panels in halfway decent shape.
pretty sure regardless that the window motor will be cheaper.
