Default Rev limit B16a w/ built head?

What would the max rev limit be for a SiR2 B16A bottom end with a built head. (cams, springs, valves, retainers etc.)

You could go to 9500 if you have the right valvetrain.... even higher but wouldnt recommand it.. most cams stop making power at 9000-9500
