I need a list of parts to convert jdm type r to run with usdm ecu to pass obd2 scan.

I need a list of parts to convert jdm type r to run with usdm ecu to pass obd2 scan.
So far this is what I got from the serch
1. USDM Type r Oil pump CKFS pully and sensor
2. A secondaty o2 sensor (already on my car)
3. EGR Valve
4. USDM ECU
5. VTEC-pressure switch (going to install a vtec controller)
6. Knock sensor
6. Coolent Switch
I dont have a visual inspection so I dont need to change the manifolds.
Is there any thing else that I am missing.
