Rear brake/braking question? Please help!
Hey guys, hope you can help me out (please!). When braking now, my car pulls to the right. It does it at most speeds, and very hard at highway speeds. My rear caliper is not locking up when the e-brake is engaged, and sometimes locking up out of nowhere when driving. My e-brake handle also sticks up a little bit, it never goes all the way down, but when engaged the left rear is completely clamped, so i dont think it needs adjustment. I tried lubing the caliper pins to no avail, and also bled the lines.
My question is, is the e-brake not going down related to one misfunctioning caliper?
And also, would a passenger side rear caliper not functioning like this cause the car to pull hard to the right?
All help would be much appreciated, thanks!!!

Someone? I at least need to know if a malfunctioning (not working or locking up) passenger rear caliper would cause my car to pull to the RIGHT when braking at any speed and/or cause it to handle like crap?
