valve adjustments and gas mileage
im hearing a slight ticking sound from the valve train when the car is idling so im guessing im in need of a valve adjustment. looking in my haynes repair guide it doest seem so hard. how long would it take to do my self and would it be a wise idea to do myself. also would that effect gas milage?

c-speedracing.com...go to the how to section and it gives step by step instructions with pics on how to do it....or take it to acura for $80......good luck man
80 bucks dont seem like too expensive for something that they would be required to lift the valve cover off and do the work inside the engine. but 80 bucks to replace rotors and pads just for labor is ridiculas.
i tried today, but i couldnt get them bolts behind the caliper to come off, they are so rusted up. need an impact tool thingie
