Default What is the lowest you have gone?

I have Ground Controls and right now I am at a 3" drop and was wondering if any of ya'll have gone lower? With 15" GS-R blades and not had any tire wear.

Ummm, that's impossible, any driving, even at stock ride height, will cause tire wear to one degree or another.

he just probably meant, "not that much or extreme tire wear."

I knew a chick with a 4in slam...was going threw tires every three months...oil pans...ect..

with the "tire wear" statement I think he meant "tire contact" with fender, wheel well, etc... And yes, my friend did a 4" drop on his DC, raised back up in a week because of oil pan damage, N1 damage, Header damage, and front lip broken (all happened in one day, on one freeway)

damn.. 4" i dropped 1.5" on my prelude and i thought it was a bitch to drive, haha

i believe i'm around 2.75" with GC upper mounts. i have some issues with tire-fenderwell contact. i find it hard to believe that someone with a 3" doesn't. you must drive on the smoothest paved roads ever.

how much shock travel do u have with a 3" drop?&gt; what kind/size bushings do u have?

I am rocking stock shocks. I haven't hit anything major tonight. Also I did mean with the fenderwell. I already got the camber kit but, waiting on finding a hight i like before I install it and do the alignment. Mostly cause I hate doing alignments.

Thanks for the responses i will probebly leave it at 3 in the front and 2 in the back.

Im rollin about 3inch maybe lil more all around, keeps me from speeding heh...steady 35 on roads andabout 60mph on the freeway and yes its a bitch just gotta angle everything and always be alert. Rice to tha max y0! But yeah tires are like dead and my oilpan/front lip/jack points have taken a beaten but no probs getting it all fixed soon.
