Torque on ST sway bar?

Torque on ST sway bar?
Hey, I'm about to install a ST sway bar on my 00 Civic, and I was wondering what the torque should be on the nuts...
I did a search and it said 16lb-fts for the bolts, and 22lb-fts for the endlinks. Can some doublecheck this? Thanx.
