Ok this is my first post here so take it easy on me (you'll understand)
I have a b18c5 stock, I am thinking of using this setup for it.
Crower race cams, spoon 1 layer headgasket(.5 +compression), and a JDM R 4-1 header.
Keep in mind I'm on a budget, and just wana make some extra power.
I know alot of you are gonna say buy Todas (see what I mean)
a couple of things are stopping me from buying them. I live in Canada, that means it costs me double to buy them then most of you guys, I have seen one on the dyno with spec b's and a ton of motor work only put down 195hp, and last and biggest thing I have a wicked hookup for Crowers.
So what you guys think

I think your setup is decent but over on the left cost we do things a bit differently as our influence here in Vancouver is extremely JDM..whether you like it or not.
I think the 1pce headgasket is not available for the 18C5 but I could be wrong on this one. Nevertheless, I would save some money and just separate a stock one and go 2pce. Blowing headgaskets are such a hassle when you don't need the downtime....
With that said, I would keep the motor together in one piece, go cams if you wish (my friend used them on his 18C1 with good results) but remember to get upgraded valvesprings and might as well throw in Ti-retainers.
If this is fast getting out of hand....
I would rather go with intake, header, camgears, lots of dyno tuning....have hondata on your side....or VAFC whatever floats your boat....
I suppose it all depends on what your end goals are.... you didn't really specify what kind of racing you were going to do?
You might want to take a look at http://www.aj-racing.com for some prices as it might give you a few more options since they are in Canada.....

ok well I went under the assumption that everyone would think I had the basics
I.H.E.. also have an SFC.,and a bored-out throttlebody. It's for drag racing.
Yes they do have the gasket, all B-series vtec's use the same ones.
