H22A4 VALVE ADJUSTMENT QUESTION!!!! NEED HELP!

We are currently doing a valve adjusment on a h22a4 and we need the valve specs i.e. what size feeler gauges do we use??? Need an answer ASAP please. thanks! the motor is stock internally.

IN = .006-.007
EX = .007-.008

i got the specs from a h22a1 helms, but i used this on my a4. it still ticks but i think its cus i suck at doin valve adjustments.
