Instruction on replacing a motor mount?

Default Instruction on replacing a motor mount?

What tools do i need to do this on a EK? Is it difficult? Does anybody have any instructions? Please help me . The honda dealer is charging me 89 Dollars.
Its the Drivers Side motor mount.

ok, well you want to atleast support the motor with a hydraulic jack. and then just unbolt the two 14 mm bolts that hold the rubber mount to the frame. then you unbolt the 17 mm bolt that goes through the rubber mount. and do the reverse to put back on the new mount.

yeah, don't pay the honda dealership to do it for you. it's very easy and theres only like 3 bolts. those bolts might be hard to take off so a good breaker bar would provide some good leverage.

i think it's 51 lbs. of tq. i say just tighten the **** out of it.

use your sissor jack in ur trunk thats what i did but make sure you use a piece of wood unless u want to dent ur oil pan
