I need help tuning my 2004 Civic EX
I want to get around 400+ horsepower with no nitrous. I know i need a turbo, exhaust, port and polished heads, an intake (I'm thinking about a Weapon-R Dragon intake because it outperformed all cold-air and short ram systems on the market) I need to know if a Greddy SP2 exhaust would be sufficient exhaust, and I was thinking about a Turbonetics T3 or T4 turbo. Spearco intercooler, Clutchmasters clutch, I don't know what kind of short shifter, maybe B&M?? I am new to the tuning scene, and I don't know much about this, anyone that can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking some stuff up..... u have some things to figure out b4 jumping into this.
Firts off you should figure out if ur doing a custom kit, or a actual brand name kit. Also you dont use a intake with a turbo kit, as well as a header, if you were thinking about that too. And an exhaust should be one made for turbo applications, and if your running a t3 t4 maybe a 3 inch exhaust etc should be inline. But first off u really should just look up how turbos work.
Oh and where did you read that the weapon R dragon intake out perfromaed all other intakes on the market? Im not so sure thats true.... anyhow get to the books and look some stuff up..
