What you think about a t3/t4 turbo on a D16YZ in a civic??
i have a 1998 civic all it has is exhaust and short ram and it is to slow.. i want to put a turbo on it but i hear my engine will blow in like a week??? i found one io can get a good deal on new for the kit and was wonder what other people think i should do?? so help me out let me know???

what the hell is a d16yz?!
anyways it's all in the tune... if you get a great tune you can go for years boosted... but if you go shitty on your tune then ya possibly a week... if you really f'd up the tune

Okay, there is no D16YZ, as hinted at above. You either have a D16Y7 (CX, DX or LX), D16Y8 (EX) or D16Y5 (HX).

You have to understand how a turbo works and what you need to do before you can buy any parts.
