Default uberdata and type R experience?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if any of you have heard of Uberdata. I've heard some good stuff and read some of the archived posts about Uberdata. However, I have not heard of much experience with the type R. I know many R owners are running Hondata, but Uberdata is similar so I was just wondering if any of you guys use/used Uberdata and what are you thoughts? TIA.

i thought with so many R owners with hondata, uberdata would have been dealt with as well. hmm.

It would help if you'd provide a link or other good information.
I did a GOOGLE search when I first saw this post and didn't find any really good info.

Uberdata works really well. It still has it's kinks and still doesn't reach the level of tunability as hondata, but it is a cheap alternative. Uberdata was developed by a HT member (uberteg), and has frequent updates. I have some tuning knowledge with hondata and am very good with AFC's. I picked up Uberdata and found it extremely easy to manipulate. Once they develop the datalogging it will start to sway many hondata future customers because the program is free!

PS. I don't use it. I have hondata, but I will be tuning a few clients with it.

Here is the homepage. http://www.ecimulti.org/uberdata/ Many of the boosted guys I know use this software.

i've read through it and was fairly impressed, but just want to know how some people's experience has been with it here on this board.

will you be tuning clients with R's and also will it be for a NA motor? i'm just wondering what some of the results will be.

Lucky you. I'm a 30 minute drive from you and have a FJO wideband that I've made into a portable kit with my laptop and the FJO datalogging software, and a eprom burner, along with plenty of ZIF sockets and materials to chip your ECU for uberdata...Takes 2 minutes inbetween runs to burn the chip and install it, without soldering.

Uberdata gets a from me, even though I'm still a little ways away from my full potential using it.

i was hoping you would chime in. EmeriKa said he'd help me out through a buddy. anyway, when you say inbetween runs, you mean dyno time right? well, sounds good. i may be getting in touch with you sometime.

Inbetween runs I mean road tuning. 3rd gear pulls to tune air-fuel. Dyno comes next for ignition and fine tuning of the fuel map, and maybe cam gear tuning if you so wish
