Default H22A swap not starting

I installed a 1997 H22A in my 92 si. I am using a modified prelude distributor (1997 OBD2 converted to OBD1). When I crank the car, it doesn't want to start. It seems like there is something preventing the crank from turning. When I remove the spark plug wires from the distributor and crank the car, it cranks freely. I think that it may be the distributor. Does anyone know what it may be? Has anyone modified the OBD2 distributor to OBD1?

Maybe the distributor is done wrong. You can use your H23 one try do that.

I would assume you just have some wires mixed up... I would just do what JDMH22 said and throw your obd1 distributor in and then it should work just fine.
