I have an 89 civic hatch dx that i gutted. i went to a junkyard and got carpet, door panels, seats, and all trim from a 90 civic hatch dx. the door panels, a few carpet holes, and where the seats bolt to the car don't match. WHY NOT?! the trim around the doors, and from the seats back all fit perfectly. why don't the door panels and seats???

cause the 88-89 civic has seat belts on the pillar and the 90-91 civics have them in the door. and the 90-91 seats mount differently/in a different palce than the 88-89 seats.
