Default A/F Ratio Question

Alright,I recently dynoed my car a couple of days ago, and I wanted to know about my A/F Ratio. I t says on the sheet MAX air/fuel= 17.5, but I dont see 17.5 on the dyno chart. I want to know if it is running to LEAN, mods are B16A SIR2 i,h,e skunk2 P28 ecu. #'s are 3000 rpm= 13.5 a/f, 4000 rpm= 12.5 a/f, 5000 rpm= 13 a/f, 6000-8000 rpm is 14.5 to 13.5 a/f, is this GOOD or BAD. Thanks

So ur saying when he let off the gas at the end of the dyno? Because on the sheet it shows from 7000-8000 prm is 14.5 to 14.0 A/F.
