If you look carefully where the adjustment points are you will see a circle looking thing (circular disk about the size of a quarter) with an 8 or 10 mm bolt to use for adjustment. The circular disk is about the size of a quarter...
Or you can take a look at your owners manual... its in there.

Actually if you can get easy access to the bolts using a flexible adaptor, it is much easier to turn the discs by the bolts. With the phillips method, you are more than likely to just mess up the surrounding plastic, lowering the value of your headlight if for any reason you sell them in the future.
