it will not bolt right on , but i have saw them be modified to fit , as far as i know they are a little too long , so its not impossible but however might not be worth the trouble , but it isnt impossible , so technically its not end of story it can be fitted

yes u would need to make some modification's but it fit's nicely but u have to cut about 3/4 inch on both side's... i did mine but not with the oem lip just some knock off one which is lil thicker and flexible check it out

the contour of the lip actually follows the EG bumper close to perfect. It is just a little longer, so it needs to be cut.

On Drevinder's lip...above, we just usedcarriage bolts and nuts painted black, and went through the front of the lip. Actually turned out very well.

The stock 99-00 Si lips are plastic, whereas the aftermarket ones are either Urethane or some rubber compound .....they're actuallyu better than OEM

I've seen a similar bumper before on here. What I want to know is, "Is this an OEM eg bumper, modified with EK fogs?.... Or, is it an aftermarket bumper?" I'm guessing modified.

OTOH there was a thread looking for these bumpers, there is a japanese company that makes bumpers for eg's that look like 99-00 civic's. a guy on the board was going to try to import them, but couldn't get prices because of the language barrier. supposedly like 300-500 a bumper

Not the best pic, but you get the idea. You can make it fit, but you need brackets to hold it up front as it bows out & downward a little bit, and you need like 4-5 washers on the end if where it wraps around into the bumper, unless you want to hack it up and cut it. Looks OK but not worth the trouble to make it fit properly.
