Default OK guys and gals heres a good question!

Ok I just bought and received junbb1's Jun header! Its awesome. But I have a problem.

I cant find a flange anywhere to mate up with it. Blake told me that I have to use the one off of a JDM cat, but I dont have one and cant find one anywhere. Its a 60mm flange thats 3 bolt. I have brought it to every exhaust shop in town and they cant help me. He also told me how he modded a regular 3 bolt flange but I really dont want to do that. Seems a bit to hard (sorry Blake).

Basically all I want to know is where the hell to find a flange to mate up with it. I already talked to Jun but its hard to convert to Japanese. Really hard for each of us to figure out what we are saying. I have also already email kteller and am waiting for a reply. Thanks alot.

so you're trying to fit the Jun header onto a USDM cat?

not sure if this is helpful but i went to the muffler shop and they redid my flanges for me. When i installed my JDM motor it didnt line up with my h23 cat. they just opened up the holes. I purchased a test pipe and thought i would have to do the same but everything was fine.

if you take your car to any reputable exhuast shop they should be able to get it on w/out a problem.

You should be able to either redrill some holes to make it fit, or just cut off the old flange and weld on a new one.

95 lude-- I'll ask one of my friends. We're both from Valdosta, and I think he knows some good places. Also, who did you take it to so far? John

Yeah I just REALLY dont want to screw up a perfectly good header, you know what I mean. I am only going to use a test pipe. GA is NICE

I went to both american mufflers since I have delt with them before and they said they would just redo the flange. At the time I really ddint want to but I think I will have to. I also went to Master Tech and he found me the gasket I need but no flange. Then after talking to JUN and kteller I have just decided to let those guys at american muffler try to redo the flange on the down pipe.

I really hate to do this to that Beautiful header.
