Default Cant get car started! Get electrocuted when turning key!

Im trying to start my builtup turbo'd B16 and having trouble.

I'm positive I have all the grounds connectec correctly. I tried starting it last night and it would just crank crank crank but wouldnt start. I pulled the plugs and they were completely soaked in gas. I dried out the cylinders and plugs, put them back in, and now when I try to start it nothing moves and the starter just makes a click click click noise Also if I touch the metal on the key when starting the car I get electrocuted. What would be the best place to start for looking for a short?

Also no CEl's are being thrown except 21 and 22 which are VTEC oil press and VTEC solenoid. I'm not worried about those right now.

Thanks guys, this EXACT same thing happened two weeks ago when I blew a D15 on its first startup so it doesnt have to do with the motor at all, something electrical in the chasis.

thanks

That's really strange, have you ran a DMM over your ignition/key over ground while you turned the key to see if it's got power (besides by "feel")? I don't know how you're getting grounded out but perhaps your IGN 12V+ constant line is making it's way to your ignition cylinder (I don't really see that though as it would be shorting over your steering column before over you). As for the starter making a clicking noise, is your battery completely charged, is the starter itself still good (sometimes the motor will burn out but the solenoid will remain fine). Let me know if you get anything figured out and I'll think about it. I've just never heard of anything like this before. Don't kill yourself, haha Good Luck
