i have a 92 honda civic hatch cx, and i ordered neuspeed racing springs, i took it to a garage and they said to call them back in a day or two. When i called back the guy said he needed to get a new lower control arm, because i guess some rubber piece down in the strut was gone and they couldnt get the screw out and a bolt on the control arm was totally cut off...
My question is Do i really need a new control arm or just new struts...this car is a work in progress and now that im done with sports i can actually work more than one day a week and get some **** done to it

 

if its the one i looked at then no....drill the bolt out and the strut and control arm will both be fine.
