Oil in spark plug hole?
So I'm chaning the spark plugs over the weekend on my '88 CRX Si.
The plug closest to the belts and pulleys comes out with an oil film all over the ceramic part of the plug and on the outside of my socket. No oil on the tip inside the cylinder. No oil on the other 3 plugs.
A flashlight revealed 1 hole with a grungy film on the walls and 3 mostly clean walls.
The car burns a tiny bit of oil between oil changes, but doesn't leave any marks on the driveway.
Any ideas where the oil came from or what caused it?

It's very easy. How is your valve cover gasket? If the spark plug rings are worn I would guess your valve cover gasket might need to be replaced also. Do you have oil leaking from it?
